Our inquiry form is hosted by Tern, and our website may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Travel suppliers, SmartFlyer, and these service providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Our website may use cookies to understand traffic and improve your experience. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for your travel, our business records, or legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details like full passport or card numbers by regular email unless we’ve arranged a secure method.
You can ask to see, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing kristina.mcculley@smartflyer.com. Some information may need to be kept for booking or legal records.
Our website isn’t directed to children. Information about minors traveling with their families is provided to us by a parent or guardian and used only to plan and book their travel.

KM Luxe Travel is an independent affiliate of SmartFlyer, a Virtuoso® member agency. We act as a travel advisor and booking agent on behalf of travel suppliers, such as hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and destination partners. We don’t own or operate those services.
Everything on this website, including destination guides, hotel perks, and prices, is general information to help you plan. Rates, availability, perks, and supplier policies change often and aren’t guaranteed until your booking is confirmed in writing.
Each booking is subject to the supplier’s own terms, including deposits, payment schedules, cancellation and change policies, and any penalties. We’ll share the key terms with you before you book, and it’s your responsibility to review them.
Any planning or service fees are agreed with you before planning begins and are described in your service agreement or invoice.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. If you choose not to purchase it, you accept responsibility for any losses that insurance might have covered.
Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any entry, health, or vaccination documents required for their trip. We’re happy to point you to official resources, but requirements can change and should be confirmed with the relevant authorities.
We take great care in planning and booking your travel, but we aren’t responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of independent suppliers, or for events outside our control, such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, or government actions.
